Invoices are generated automatically at the end of your 15-day trial period (based on the number of active users at that time), unless the subscription is explicitly cancelled. Monthly invoices are then generated for the month ahead on the same day every month thereafter.

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your renewal date. If cancelled, billing will stop at the end of the current paid period, and no further charges will be applied.
